In English class I sit in between Calvin and Tommy, since I’ve known Calvin since elementary school, I chose to write about him. Calvin and I get along really well with minimal levels of awkwardness considering we don’t have that much in common and we’ve never been very good friends. As seat partners go, Calvin is a very good one. He doesn’t have any weird or annoying quirks, his pencils aren’t squeaky, and he keeps his stuff on his side of the table. I think we have a pretty good system worked out. As anything other than a seat partner I don’t know Calvin that well. Calvin wears black a lot, so I can assume that he is a very angsty teen. He’s an average dancer, has nice hair, and I know he plays an instrument. I think he plays the drums but that could be completely wrong. All and all, I know enough about my seat partner to respect him as a person, acknowledge our differences, and hope to learn more about him through the year.
