Ale-8 Master, reporting for duty

Hey guys, this is Ryan. Ryan Pratt, not the other one. It's pretty easy to pick me out of the mass of Academy students, considering the hair. Having been born on October 2, 1994, I'm one of the older Academy Juniors, yet I still lack a driver's license. Oh, well, I'm in no hurry.

As many of you might know, I'm a bit of an Ale-8 fanatic. I'm currently maintaining an average of over two bottles a day for the past two years. This is one of the things that I have much pride in, so please, if you so happen to have a higher bottle-per-day average (I doubt it), break it to me gently.

As opposed to the alarmingly high caffeine intake, I have never smoked, nor have I consumed alcohol. I vehemently oppose that. In spite of this, the legalization of drugs, marijuana in particular, is one of the few controversial issues that I take a definitive stance on. People should have the right to put whatever they please into their bodies, so long as others' rights are not harmed. On the few issues of politics that I care about, I generally take a pretty libertarian stance.

I am an avid gamer. I may not look like it, but I am a huge nerd when it comes to video games. Perhaps more fitting for my appearance, though, is the fact that I love music, too. I like many genres, from nu-metal to J-pop. Lately, though, I've developed quite the obsession with Gorillaz, both the music and the fictional band (I must have listened to El Mañana at least four times a day for the past few weeks.) I have also played saxophone since 4th grade, and now I am the saxophonist and one of the singers for my band, Chewy and the Dinosaur King.

Being a gamer and musician means being kept up-to-date on gaming and music knowledge, and what better place to do that than http://www.youtube.com/? I spend quite a bit of time there.
