I like to brag about being a british citizen, with a passport and everything, but considering that isn't really my own accomplishment, I should just keep it as an "interesting fact." Contrary to popular belief, I take care of my teeth and did NOT slaughter half of Varun's "people." I actually took a trip to England this summer just to visit with my grandparents and cousins there. We try to go every other year and do a variety of different things each time. I got to try water-skiing, which doesn't sound that bad over here, but in Lake Windermere in the north of Britain you need some serious tolerance for cold to even get in the water.

My biggest academic goal this year is to get accepted to GSP. I think I might have a chance, but my writing skill are pretty dreadful, at least from my point of view. I pride myself on my math and science skills instead. Other things I enjoy are music and videogames but videogames are not something I consider myself too terribly passionate about. Listening to music, however, is one of my favorite things to do and I like to think that I enjoy (what I believe to be) a very broad range of genres. I'll give just about any song or artist a chance to make it onto my iPod. I frequently listen to genres all the way from classic rock to electronic music to the most horrifically distorted and blasphemic music from the satanist hills of Norway. I play drums in a band with two other people and we seem to have had good reactions from people at the few gigs we've had the opportunity to play. The website that I frequent the most (I don't count facebook or youtube because that would be cheating) is http://www.reddit.com/ because of the medley of recent news and funny pictures that are posted there.
