Suzy Suzuki
I spent each night outside in extreme temperatures. Recently, I've awoken to frost covering my skin and my owner only gave me minutes to warm up before I was expected to carry her and her brother across town to school. Not only am I expected to carry them, but their loads of stuff too. My owner blast the music with no regard to what I want to hear. I have no say in anything. As I spent my day on Lakeshore, I get to see other cars just like me. We discuss the horrible conditions we are put through. Most of our owners wait until we are extremely thirsty to give us any gas to drink. They say the cost of our fuel is too expensive, but what would they do without us. We only have to go to the doctor every couple of months, normally for basic repairs. As my friends on the hill get to leave, I am stuck there for several more hours. My owners always has practice after school, so I am left with nothing to do. When the time to leave finally arrives, we rush home. I spent the night in the same spot I always do, preparing for the next day when I get to do it all again.
