good vs evil

As Mrs. Gill told us just the other day in physics, everything is relative. That statement is as accurate for describing motion as it is for analyzing thoughts and actions.
Lets go ahead and talk about 9/11; a truly evil act, done by truly evil people, right? That is the viewpoint of every American or country in alliance with us. We can see no reason for Al-Queda to have done that other than to demonstrate their ferocity and evil nature. But for a second lets change our reference point and think about this from the view point of an Al-Queda member, they view those once poor and nameless bombers as religious heroes. I am not trying to sound like a Communist or anything here, I love america and hate terrorists btw.
So what I am trying to come to here is that there is no good or evil, almost no act can be justified as one action or the other 100%. There might be those who have natural tendencies to behave less civil than others but no individual can be simply 'evil', there will be a complication somewhere in that person's history. I believe in giving people the benefit of the of the doubt of having bad parents or something before I write them off as despicable human beings.
