War

In my opinion, there is always a peaceful way to resolve conflict, without force of arms. If both sides are willing to make an agreement, to make a compromise that will benefit all those involved in the situation, such an accord will be made. While these compromises may not be as pleasing to the public as outright victory, they will avoid bloodshed and the unnecessary losses of life that accompany said victory. It is very rare that one will find an agreement that completely satisfies the two opposing sides, but it is also rare that any single person will come to the conclusion that war is an absolutely positive thing. As a worldwide society, humans rarely agree on anything, and must constantly make sacrifices to ensure the common good.
