War

I am in strict opposition with the Bush Doctrine. Our country has no business invading other countries because the may be threats. We certainly have no business invading countries in which we have no plan of exiting from once we start a war. An exit plan for a war is more important than the plan for invasion. The United States has no business is being the defender of the world. We have our own problems to deal with and we should not assert ourselves into other nation's affairs. Why does the United States always have to be the country that invades first? Why can we not allow other nations in the United Nations to invade a country first and then we can make an informed decision from there? Why does the United States have to be the country that is mired by the war? For once, we should try to hang back and not instigate a war. We should only be in war if we are directly attacked by another nation or if an ally of ours is directly attacked by another nation. It is not our role in the world to be the nation that punishes all the other nations who act out.
