Three blog ideas include

  1. What's your favorite movie and why?

  2. Who is your favorite superhero and why?

  3. Who do you want to win the 2012 election and why?

My response to 2

Over the years comic books have played an increasingly prominent role in my life; I frequently purchase comics and spend a good amount of time keeping up with my favorite characters. And as I've dived into these fictional worlds, I've picked a few heroes out as the best, the characters who's comics I always read. My personal favorite is Booster Gold. He's a DC character who first appeared in the 80's and has technology based powers including flight, force fields, lasers, and time traveling. However, his powers aren't what makes him interesting. What makes him such an amazing character are his faults. Booster Gold isn't as morally perfect as Superman or efficient as Batman; Booster was a greedy and incompetent individual who most other heroes hated. But, unlike Batman or Superman, Booster Gold grew as a character. He became a hero. About thirty years of character development provides a great and rather epic story with every high and low crafting a character that is generally overlooked.
